2.Automatic Decoiler: A single-head, internal-lift type with manual wheel tightening. Equipped with photoelectric sensors for tension control and material detection.

3.Precision Lubrication System: Utilizes an oil bath tank with adjustable inlet/outlet guides and felt rollers to apply a uniform film while scraping excess oil, minimizing foil pulse.

4.Quick Die Change System: Includes a dedicated bracket and transfer plate, allowing for rapid mold changes via integrated guide rails to minimize downtime.

5.Programmable Control: The system is managed by an imported PLC and non-contact cam controller via a user-friendly Human-Machine Interface (HMI) for full process control.

6.Finishing Units: Includes a servo-driven puller, a guide-rod type stacking device, and an integrated scrap collection system.
